Illinoisans: Share Your Opinions on Firearms & Mandatory Minimum Prison Sentences

We would like to hear from our fellow Illinoisans about guns and mandatory minimum prison sentences. The following survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

  1. I don’t think it’s fair for a person to not be able to protect himself/herself, because of a law that prohibits them from doing so.
    Many individuals are still being blamed for pass “behaviors”, although they have turned their lives completely around.
    It’s other individuals who PREY on the fact that because a person once misbehaved(even just protecting their own), they have been enticed to believe that they should be easy prey.
    It as though double jeopardy is allowed to be displayed by everyday individuals and it must be stopped.
    Do not allow this bill(SB1342) to be passed.
